This must be one of my favorite chocolate fudge recipes so far, it’s smooth, rich and chewy, it’s dairy-free and refined sugar-free made with healthy whole food ingredients without compromising on taste!
Chewy chocolate fudge recipe:
1/2 cup or 65g cacao butter
1/2 cup or 4 heaped tablespoons of cashew butter
1/2 cup or 125ml of maple syrup
1 cup or 80g of cacao powder
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of Lucuma powder (optional)
7 drops of peppermint oil or vanilla (or whatever your favourite flavours are if you have them in extract form)
Melt the cacao butter then stir in all of the ingredients, spread onto greaseproof paper and leave to set in the fridge for about 1 hour. Cut into shape and store in the fridge in an airtight container, the fudge should keep well in the fridge for many weeks.
